Job Description

  • Lead full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing scope alignment.
  • Drive RFI, submittal, and change management processes.
  • Oversee project schedules in partnership with the Superintendent, ensuring critical milestones are hit.
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and district stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead OAC meetings, progress reviews, and internal planning sessions.
  • Ensure compliance, safety, quality, and timely project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • 6-10+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, APM, or PM in commercial construction.
  • Strong background in K‑12, municipal, or commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance with confidence.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or Primavera.
