Job Description

The Construction Project Manager - Lab Work is responsible for:

  • building 1-2 large project at a time, often between $10 million and $30 million
  • overseeing a minimum of 1 APM who focuses on project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on specific jobs
  • acting as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
  • looking after the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

The right Construction Project Manager - Lab Work has:

  • at least 7 years of construction project management experience
  • a background building technical, complex projects over $10 million in value
  • communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
  • a Bachelor's Degree
