Their pipeline is backlogged for the next 3 years, and anyone who joins this company would be putting their career on a rocket-ship to successQuick Overview:Culture: collaborative work team and environment with strong mentor-shipRevenue: Approx. $350MProject Portfolio: Mainly multi-family, mixed-use and light commercialRobust growth trackNo micromanagementProjects across Madison and MilwaukeeStrong backlog of projects and future pipeline in 2026Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
