About Our Client

Our client is a established Multi-family/Senior Living General Contractor in Madison, WI. Due to massive pipeline growth they are seeking a Project Manager to join the team and make immediate impact. They are committed to maintaining the positive company culture they have created and allow access to direct leadership always. This role has no no ceiling for growth and my client prides themselves in every employee being able to climb the ladder quickly once they prove themselves.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the client from start to end of project.
  • Ensure you understand whole project scope and vision of all projects.
  • Prepare and submit project estimates to clients.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
  • Hold meetings on-site with client, architect and construction crew.
  • Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including all details such as permit submission and design evaluations.
  • Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details such as time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
  • 6+ years working in the construction/project management space.
  • Proficient in construction software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in multi-family and senior living construction.
