About Our Client

Our client is a small but established commercial general contractor specializing in public works and SCA projects across New York City. They are known for their hands-on approach, strong compliance standards, and commitment to delivering quality construction for schools and public facilities.

Job Description

    • Manage all phases of public and SCA construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
    • Ensure compliance with SCA requirements, NYC building codes, and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in public sector or SCA projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, NYC regulations, and SCA compliance.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
