Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all project sites.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards.
