• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve any on-site issues and implement solutions efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and reports related to the projects.
