Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and project timelines to ensure financial and time efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
