Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee risk management, implementing contingency plans to address potential disruptions in power, cooling, or system functionality. Ensure compliance with stringent industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, including OSHA and client-specific protocols. Provide regular updates to clients and manage expectations for projects with 24/7 operational demands. Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality delivery under tight deadlines. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements, optimizing costs without compromising critical systems integrity. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive settings.
