MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.DescriptionWork with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and visionManage a group of Project Managers and Project EngineersOversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluationsReviews project proposal, drawings and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectCollaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each projectConduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crewNegotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractorsPrepare and submit project estimates to clientsThe Successful Applicant* 10+ years of Project Management experience* Experience in Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use Construction * BS in Construction Management or equivalent preferred* Must have strong computer skills and be well versed in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
