An established and growing construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects. This is a key role for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through close-out.

Job Description

  • Managing multiple construction projects from planning through completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
  • Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress, mitigating risk, and resolving issues proactively
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectations
  • Supporting preconstruction activities, including estimating, planning, and procurement where required
