Job Description

As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple projects across Southern VA and East Coast markets
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Utilize Procore and other tools for documentation and reporting
  • Drive project profitability and timely delivery

The Successful Applicant

You are a proactive leader with a passion for managing complex projects and building strong client relationships.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage ground-up projects ($1M-$30M)
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Familiarity with Procore and other construction tech tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally for projects
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality
