Servicing all local and and regional clients, there is no travel required for this role.
Job Description
- Responsible for the successful completion of the project from cradle to grave
- Manage & drive project schedule
- Establish budget & control costs
- Provide scheduling, financial & other project reporting
- Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as require.
- Organize & support the project team
- Manage owner, designer, subcontractor & vendor relationships
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel
- Select subcontractors and delegate work
- Manage project engineers and superintendents
- Create benchmarks for project time-line
- Assess and manage risk for jobs
- Distribute resources appropriately for successful completion of the job

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with industrial or commercial construction
- Familiarity with design-build construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated individual looking to grow their career
- Technologically proficient
- Experience with self-perform work is a plus
- Motivated, growth-minded individual
- Familiarity with local vendors and sub-contractors
