A dynamic construction and project management team focused on delivering high-end commercial and office fit-out projects across New York City. Their projects range in size up to 500,000 sq. ft., with several upcoming builds. The company is known for a collaborative environment and strong relationships with clients in various industries.

Job Description

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of tenant improvement projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Manage the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular progress updates and manage any project adjustments as required.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with a background in commercial/office fit-outs who can hit the ground running with minimal training. You have experience managing large-scale TI projects and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A background reputable owner's rep firms, or architecture/engineering is a major plus. You are familiar with the project process from the owner's side and have the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
