Job Description

  • Collaborate with estimating teams during preconstruction for budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning
  • Develop and manage overall project schedules and work plans
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, track RFIs/submittals, and manage documentation
  • Enforce site safety protocols and quality assurance standards
  • Forecast cost-to-complete and manage project budgets

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and project documentation
  • Experience leading public sector work including municipal or education, preferably as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Skilled in client communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
