About Our Client
Beginning about 25 years ago in St. Louis, my client has grown from a residential builder/renovator to a commercial general contracting firm with capabilities to work in a variety of sectors. They have grown their client base over the course of their tenure here in the market and have managed work up to $10M in scope. They are able to handle ground up construction as well as interior work or renovations. They have self-perform divisions that assist, depending on project needs. Their clients can range from well-known retail chains to high-end luxury housing. The vast majority of their work is repeat or referred business which has resulted in a consistent pipeline over the years and a lot of work coming into 2022. They are growing steadily and adding to their project management team to not only manage projects but grow into leadership positions as the company expands and grows as well. Being a business that prides themselves on retaining their employees, they have created a work environment where everyone has flexibility and great benefits to ensure they are able to spend time with their family and friends.
