Construction Project Manager - Retail/Restaurants

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to align project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
