Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Knowledge of construction management processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience working in the business services industry, particularly in construction.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus!
  • Must be open to occasional travel.
