Job Description Manage and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures to meet client expectations and company standardsCollaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordinationNegotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to project timelinesMonitor on-site activities through regular visits, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and construction plansProvide leadership and guidance to project engineers, superintendents, and other team membersPrepare and present project status reports to clients, senior management, and other stakeholdersAddress and resolve project-related challenges, including design conflicts, delays, or unforeseen site conditionsSupport the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and processesFoster a positive team environment and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business opportunitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
