Job Description



  • Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction to close-out


  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement plans


  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors


  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues


  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management


  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

You bring 5-10 years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership skills. You're an effective communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred; experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is a plus.
