Job Description



  • Manage the full construction life cycle from precon through closeout


  • Oversee procurement, document control, budgeting, and monthly cost reporting


  • Lead coordination with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors


  • Drive subcontractor buyouts, compliance, and scheduling


  • Collaborate with field teams to maintain project safety, quality, and productivity


  • Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers on project tasks and development

The Successful Applicant

You've successfully managed large-scale ground-up residential construction-multi-family, affordable, or mixed-use-from the GC side. You're confident with cost tracking, scheduling, contract negotiations, and leading teams in fast-paced environments. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a drive to build complex projects the right way.
