Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee procurement and resource allocation to support project needs effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices.
  • 5+ years of construction experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • An educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
