Job Description

  • Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Manage labor and client relationships, keeping projects on task and within budget.
  • Coordinate with site superintendents and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel to project sites regularly, particularly Muscoda, for site visits and meetings.
  • Handle estimating, while working alongside leadership for project planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in project management.
  • A growth mindset, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with tilt-up or metal frame projects is a plus.
  • Ability to fit into a tight-knit, family-oriented company culture.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage both field and office staff.
