Job Description

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple construction projects.
Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules to meet financial and operational goals.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
5 + years of experience in construction project management
Proven experience managing projects in commercial, residential, or institutional sectors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
