Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor on-site operations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement strategies for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of construction principles and practices in the property industry.
  • Commercial projects ranging from $2 Million to $15 Million dollars
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
