The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of the property and construction industry.

Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
