Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client communication.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Track record managing projects in healthcare, higher education, K-12, and large commercial builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
