Construction Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
