You are confident managing the full lifecycle of a project and are a team player.Key qualifications include:5+ years of commercial Project Management experienceDemonstrated success managing ground-up buildsStrong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control expertiseExperience leading OAC meetings and managing A/E coordinationAbility to provide A/E referencesStrong negotiation and subcontractor management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesMust be local to the Denver / Northern Colorado marketYou are proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.
