Job Description



  • Lead and deliver a $30M ground-up commercial project in Fort Collins from preconstruction through closeout


  • Manage project schedule, budget, contracts, and overall financial performance


  • Drive buyout strategy and subcontractor procurement


  • Oversee day-to-day field coordination in partnership with the Superintendent


  • Run OAC meetings and maintain strong communication with Owners and A/E teams


  • Proactively manage risk, change orders, and cost control


  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met


  • Provide leadership and direction to Project Engineers and support staff


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a locally based Commercial Project Manager with proven experience delivering ground-up projects in the $20M-$50M range. You are confident managing the full lifecycle of a project and are a team player.

Key qualifications include:



  • 5+ years of commercial Project Management experience


  • Demonstrated success managing ground-up builds


  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control expertise


  • Experience leading OAC meetings and managing A/E coordination


  • Ability to provide A/E references


  • Strong negotiation and subcontractor management skills


  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities


  • Must be local to the Denver / Northern Colorado market
