Construction Project Manager

• Manage full lifecycle project delivery-from preconstruction planning through closeout-for fit‑out and ground‑up projects valued at $1M-$80M.
• Coordinate design-build processes, including consultant engagement, scheduling, procurement, estimating support, and cost control.
• Lead job meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, progress reports, RFIs, and change order logs.
• Oversee subcontractor scope development, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and coordination challenges.
• Mentor and support project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are met and project goals are achieved.
