They are recognized for their ability to take on unique, architecturally complex structures, multi‑phase developments, and facilities requiring strict coordination and precision.Job DescriptionManage full lifecycle project delivery-from preconstruction planning through closeout-for fit‑out and ground‑up projects valued at $1M-$80M.Coordinate design-build processes, including consultant engagement, scheduling, procurement, estimating support, and cost control.Lead job meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, progress reports, RFIs, and change order logs.Oversee subcontractor scope development, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.Proactively identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and coordination challenges.Mentor and support project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams.Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are met and project goals are achieved.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
