Job Description

  • Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
  • Produce employee and project schedules
  • Manage and monitor members of the team
  • Mediate between conflicting interests and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Ensure safety regulations are adhered to
  • Produce project estimates
  • Regularly report project status to stakeholders
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
