Construction Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
