Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
