Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager are:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Construction Project Manager will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum of five years of construction experience required
  • MUST HAVE Previous Ground Up Construction Experience
  • 10 years of post graduation construction experience preferred but not required
  • Five plus years of Multifamily construction preferred but not required
  • General Building and Construction knowledge
