Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
