Job Description

  • Manage individual projects from initiation to completion in compliance with Wicks Law.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple prime contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Ensure all construction activities meet safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and provide solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing projects from initiation to completion in compliance with Wicks Law.
  • Experience with administrative documentation that is associated with being a construction manager for Wicks Law projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prime contractors and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and contracts.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
