Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to keep the project on track.
  • Risk Management & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, identify risks early, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Foster a culture of safety and accountability on all projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen focus on quality control throughout the project to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed project specifications and standards.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor. Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction processes, project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.), and building codes/regulations.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Certifications: PMP, LEED, or similar project management certifications are a plus.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $115,000-$140,000, paid bi-weekly.
    • Bonuses: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses, which are tied to the successful completion of projects, client satisfaction, and meeting company goals.
