Job Description

  • Coordinate with hospital administrators and facility staff to minimize disruptions
  • Ensure all work meets healthcare-specific codes, infection control, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets and report on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to address project updates and concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Healthcare Building Experience is a must
  • Must have a back round working for a general contractor
  • INTERIOR HEALTHCARE
  • A strong background in the property industry, particularly in construction projects.
