Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects within the property department.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
  • Manage procurement and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain quality assurance throughout all stages of construction.
