Job Description

As Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage full lifecycle of luxury custom home projects (ground-up + renovations)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, procurement, and performance
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, progress, and adherence to plans
  • Lead client communication with professionalism, clarity, and discretion
  • Identify challenges early and implement solutions proactively
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, permits, and high-end construction standards
  • Manage closeout, punchlists, and final turnover of completed homes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing luxury custom home construction projects
  • Strong background in high-end finishes, complex structural work, and MEP coordination
  • Experience working with demanding clients, design teams, and multi-trade environments
  • Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and project administration skills
  • Highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple phases simultaneously
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
