Based in Yonkers, NY, the firm specializes in the development and construction of Affordable Housing projects throughout NYC and the surrounding areas. Their work includes both ground-up construction and complex occupied rehabilitation projects for public agencies such as NYCHA, HPD, HDC, and other city entities.Job DescriptionAs Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Oversee multiple affordable housing projects, including new construction and occupied rehabsProvide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teamsEnsure adherence to budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirementsServe as the primary liaison with NYCHA, HPD, HDC, DOB, and other agenciesReview and approve project schedules, GMPs, buyouts, change orders, and pay applicationsEnsure compliance with MWBE, prevailing wage, Section 3, and other agency mandatesIdentify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, logistics, and occupancyParticipate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviewsCollaborate closely with development, estimating, and executive leadership teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
