Our client is looking to reinforce their team with an experienced SPM or PX with an established book of business and experience in the Atlanta Class A market. Their average project size is $3M but they will work on Interiors project up to $30M (5 stories). All work is local. This is a unique opportunity that does not open often, VP is looking for a long term Partner to grow the business.

Job Description



  • Project Oversight & Management: Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality controls. Supervise multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met, issues are resolved promptly, and project goals are consistently achieved.


  • Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.


  • Budget and Cost Control: Oversee project budgets and schedules, monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the project stays within financial parameters. Approve invoices, change orders, and project expenditures.


  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead the negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is maintained.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to construction schedules, safety, compliance, or budgets and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate these risks. Proactively address issues that may impact the project's success.


  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work is completed according to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications. Implement quality control systems to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the project, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any significant issues or delays. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.


  • Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety protocols on all project sites to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Project Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring all project objectives are met.

What's on Offer

Package is negotiable subject to experience but applicants can expect a competive base range salary between $200k - $230k plus all benefits and the opporutnity to double their annual income with bonuses.
