  Project Oversight & Management: Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality controls. Supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

  Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met, issues are resolved promptly, and project goals are consistently achieved.
• 
  
  Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• 
  
  Budget and Cost Control: Oversee project budgets and schedules, monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the project stays within financial parameters. Approve invoices, change orders, and project expenditures.
• 
  
  Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead the negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is maintained.

  Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to construction schedules, safety, compliance, or budgets and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate these risks. Proactively address issues that may impact the project's success.

  Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work is completed according to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications. Implement quality control systems to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  
  Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the project, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any significant issues or delays. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

  Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety protocols on all project sites to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
