The company values a strong sense of community and offers a collaborative, flexible work environment with a family-first approach!Job DescriptionThe Construction Safety Manager will be responsible for:Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlCoordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job siteEnsuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirementsReviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and completeWorking with project managers to develop project schedules and budgetsMaintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reportsCommunicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsIdentifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during constructionEnsuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsConducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
