Job Description

Safety Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at construction sites to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend preventative measures.
  • Maintain detailed safety records and ensure proper reporting of all incidents.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to implement safety measures effectively.
  • Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with external agencies during safety audits or inspections.
