Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities for public school projects.
  • Enforce SCA, OSHA, and NYC safety and compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and inspections.
  • Maintain site logs, daily reports, and project documentation.
  • Lead field meetings and serve as the primary contact for agency inspectors.
  • Resolve field issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience, ideally on NYC public works.
  • Proven track record with SCA projects and familiarity with their protocols.
  • OSHA 30 and SST card required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced job sites and multiple trades.
  • Experience with platforms like Procore or E-builder is a plus.
