Job Description

  • Lead full project lifecycle for $10M-$50M industrial and manufacturing projects.
  • Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, financial controls, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent, field teams, design partners, and executives.
  • Ensure high-quality, safe, efficient execution from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, strengthening relationships and driving repeat work.
  • Provide leadership to PMs, APMs, and project engineers; support mentorship and team development.
  • Assist the company in expanding into large-scale healthcare projects, as strategically planned.
  • Maintain adherence to project milestones and proactively solve issues in the field or office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Senior PM‑level experience managing large industrial or manufacturing projects ($10M-$50M).
  • Open to candidates with large healthcare project experience transitioning into industrial work.
  • Proven track record overseeing complex schedules, subcontractor management, and client communication.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience running full project P&Ls.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-moving, hands-on, team-oriented environment.
  • Local to Greenville, SC or willing to relocate.
