Construction Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a $30M life science manufacturing project
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, procurement, and financial performance
• Oversee scheduling, milestones, logistics, and trade partner coordination
• Maintain strong collaboration with field leadership to ensure alignment between office and site
• Drive design‑build coordination, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in accordance with company and client standards
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Mentor and lead junior project staff; contribute to the development of high‑performing teams
• Represent the company professionally, demonstrating confidence, accountability, and ownership
