Job Description

Construction Senior Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

    • Lead all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
    • Manage project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
    • Maintain full financial responsibility for projects, including cost control, forecasting, and change management.
    • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
    • Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
    • Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams on future pursuits and value engineering.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have:

    • Must have worked in commercial interior construction.
    • 8-12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in Manhattan.
    • Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects with demanding schedules.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
