About Our Client

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor specializing in corporate interiors, workplace renovations, and Class A office build-outs throughout New York City. They are known for delivering complex, fast-paced projects for prominent landlords, developers, and Fortune 500 tenants.

Job Description



    • Lead multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously (typically $5M-$25M+).


    • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.


    • Drive preconstruction efforts including scope review, value engineering, and cost control.


    • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.


    • Mentor junior project management staff and support business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant



  • 8-12+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors construction.


  • Proven track record delivering tenant fit-outs in Manhattan's Class A office market.


  • Strong financial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and leadership capability.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high-profile stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
