Construction Senior Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

• 
  
  Lead multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously (typically $5M-$25M+).
• 
  
  Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation.
• 
  
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
• 
  
  Drive preconstruction efforts including scope review, value engineering, and cost control.
• 
  
  Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• 
  
  Mentor junior project management staff and support business development initiatives.
